Administration & Facilities

  • Oversee office administration, asset management, and facility upkeep.
  • Ensure all company premises meet safety, functionality, and compliance standards.
  • Manage contracts for utilities, security, cleaning, and maintenance services.

Procurement

  • Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies for products, packaging, and operational supplies.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and reliability.
  • Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.

Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce distribution.
  • Manage warehousing operations, stock control, and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure timely product availability.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with finance on budgeting, cost control, and vendor payments.
  • Align procurement and logistics planning with product launches and sales campaigns.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
