Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors, through outbound calls.
  • Presenting real estate properties or services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features.
  • Building rapport with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing relevant information.
  • Maintaining communication with potential clients to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Scheduling appointments with clients for property viewings or further discussions.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or complaints.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead information.
  • Working with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information.
  • Staying updated on real estate market trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Educational Requirement : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

Required Skills: 

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to clearly articulate information.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence potential clients and close deals.
  • Understanding sales techniques and closing strategies.
  •  Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries.
  •  Effectively managing call volume and scheduling appointments.
  • Adjusting communication style and approach based on individual client needs.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in the face of rejection.

Desired Experience 

  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market conditions is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM software and dialer systems is preferred.
